How Easy Goal Tracker handles app data.

This page explains the app’s data safety approach in a simple Google Play-style format.

No account required

The core app can be used without creating an account.

Local-first storage

Goals, tasks, progress logs, streaks, and statistics are designed to stay on the device.

User-controlled backups

Export and restore files are created only when the user chooses.

No selling data

Personal data is not sold.

The core app does not use Easy Goal Tracker server storage for goal or progress data.

Data shared with third parties

Core tracking data is not shared for advertising or sale. If optional AI Coaching is enabled, selected app progress data may be sent to Google Gemini or another AI provider to generate coaching insights.

Purpose of data use

Deletion and control

You can delete goals and tasks inside the app. You can also clear app data or uninstall the app from Android settings. Exported backup files must be deleted by the user from the location where they were saved.

Security

Because core data is stored locally, device security is important. Use a device lock, keep Android updated, and store backup files carefully.

Website contact form

The website contact form sends a plain text email to beconnectie@gmail.com. It does not include file upload or attachment fields.

Website tester feedback data

The tester feedback page is separate from the app’s local goal tracking data. If submitted, it may include name, email, device details, app version tested, ratings, feature checklist answers, bug reports, and written feedback.
